No Luz

Pretty funny last night when I got home from my Salsa class. I was a bit late, and everyone was sitting around the kitchen table in the dark with loads of candles having dinner. The power went out for the front of the house. I´ve discovered that the back half of the house is another full version of the front, just a lot newer and in this century! The power was on in that half.

I´m not sure when the power will be back on, and seeing as I´m living in the front part of the house, I need to use my flashlight in getting around at night. The family gave me a long candle in a big holder, but I felt like I was in some freaky monster show, so I´m using the safer of the two...the flashlight.

I don´t expect the Blair Witch Project here in Guatemala. Weren´t they in the dark with flashlights?
