Theatre in India

While in Kochi, we all went to go see one of local dance-drama productions.

Director P.K. Devan's....Kathakali Dance...as Art, Religion & Philosophy.

We first saw the performer apply his make up on....with a commentary on the meaning of the colors and what we would be seeing.

A very interesting show.....all for 130 rupees.

Art is bigger than reality.
