I Love Elephants

Our group stayed at the Lampang Elephant Conservatory in these cool huts as our homestay was full from tourists taking the 'mahout' training courses:

We were able to join them one day when they were up at 6 am to go get the elephants from the jungle, brush them and then wash them in the river.

We stayed for the elephant show as well.

I will definitely be taking the mahout 3 day training course next time I'm in this part of the world.
