Varanasi or Bust

I'm in Varanasi now...Hotel Temple on Ganges...room 38.

Jo has called this room the 'garden shed'. Our last room together was 'the dungeon'.

We have clothes hanging up all over the room as we did some handwashing yesterday. Nothing is dry yet....this place is quite humid.

Varanasi is one of the spots that I'd been looking forward to the most.

Has it delivered?????????

Yes and no.

India has got to be one of the strangest places I've ever been to so far.
