Healthy Do's For An Italian

Italians believe the following are healthy for you and a must:
  • Eating pasta once a day every day
  • Eating a pastry every morning for breakfast
  • Eating two large meals a day....lunch around 1:00 ish and dinner around 9:00 ish
  • Drinking 3 or 4 shots of espresso every day
  • In the summer: sitting in the sun and obtaining a suntan
  • Using a sun creme or oil of no more than a 4 protection

I know this list will get bigger as I get over the shock of some of the items.
